FAQ’S
1.What are your hours of operation?
Due to COVID, we’ve temporarily adjusted our hours. Nana’s Place Academy opens at 4 am on Mondays and remain open all week until Saturday at midnight. Both locations are closed all day Sunday!
2.Do you have a registration fee?
Yes, Nana’s Place has a one-time registration fee of $75 per family. (A payment arrangement may be made, if needed)
3.Are you closed on holidays?
Nana’s Place is closed for most national holidays. New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
4.Where are you located?
We have two locations, both located in the heart of Glendale. Major cross streets for Nana’s Academy are 43rd Ave and Peoria and Nana’s Preschool is located on 49th Ave and Northern.
5.What is Full-time?
Full time is anything over hours 6 hours but not exceeding 10 hours per day.
6.What is Part-time?
Anything under 5 and 59 minutes.
7.How much do we charge for Saturday care?
Saturday drop-ins are $40 per child or two children for $60
8.How much do we charge for Sunday care?
$25 per child
9.When is Tuition/Co-pays due?
Payments are due every Monday.
10.How much is it for just one day during the week?
$60
11.What if I need over 10 hours?
We have an hourly fee that you may be billed if the center is notified in advance and management approves.
12.What if I’m running late and don’t call?
We charge $5 every 15 minutes per child for any hours outside of what was previously approved.
13.What if I have a schedule change?
Schedule changes must be in writing and given to the Director for approval.
14.How do I enroll my family?
You’ll need to complete an enrollment packet from either facility with the child’s immunization records.
15.When can I take a tour?
Due to COVID, we are currently not offering tours.
